The Opportunity
Kiva is looking for a Principal Product Designer to join their growing team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Kiva’s products and services, with a focus on creating innovative ways to connect lenders with borrowers.
Responsibilities
-Partner with product managers and engineers to define product vision and roadmap
-Lead the design process for new features and initiatives
-Conduct user research and develop user insights
-Create high-fidelity prototypes and design assets
-Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
-Foster a strong design culture within Kiva
Qualifications
-7-9 years of experience as a Product Designer
-Proven track record of designing successful B2C digital products
-Strong user experience (UX) and visual design skills
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Passion for Kiva’s mission and social impact
