The Opportunity:
- Be a Product Manager, leading the development of cloud-based and connected machine control solutions.
- Translate customer needs into product features that help construction companies work smarter.
- Manage projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and customer expectations.
- Develop a winning licensing model to maximize revenue for Caterpillar and Trimble.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, sales, etc.) to bring your ideas to life.
- Lead product teams and influence stakeholders across CTCT, Caterpillar, and Trimble.
- Communicate the product vision and strategy to a wide audience.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, platform development, or technical account management (cloud/IoT experience a plus).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Understanding of finance, revenue recognition, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven ability to lead product teams and execute on a vision using data and market insights.
