The Opportunity

Matter Labs is looking for a highly skilled Principal UX Designer to play a key role in shaping the future of zkSync. In this role, you will partner with various teams to design a user-centric experience that will drive mass adoption of blockchain technology.

Responsibilities

-Develop a vision for the user experience of zkSync
-Foster a user-centered design culture within Matter Labs
-Provide design leadership and direction across the organization
-Collaborate with engineers to translate design vision into reality
-Develop and prioritize design initiatives and roadmaps

Qualifications

-6+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio
-Deep understanding of blockchain technology and web3
-A passion for improving the user experience of web3
-The ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve complex problems
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Experience leading and inspiring design teams
