The Opportunity
ADT is looking for a highly experienced Lead User Experience Product Designer to focus on their design system, Nebula. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across all ADT digital products.
Responsibilities
-Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of the Nebula Design System
-Collaborate with various teams to integrate Nebula into product development workflows
-Design beautiful and intuitive user interfaces for mobile and web applications
-Develop user-centered design solutions that align with ADT’s brand identity
-Partner with other functional leads to deliver high-quality design solutions
-Champion the adoption of the design system throughout the organization
-Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
-Mentor and guide junior designers
Qualifications
-8+ years of design experience, including 2-3 years focused on design systems
-Expertise in visual design principles and front-end development processes
-Proven experience building native mobile applications
-Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
-Advanced knowledge of Figma and design system documentation tools
-Experience with prototyping tools and project management software
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
-Understanding of accessibility standards
