Netflix is a global leader in streaming entertainment, and they’re looking for a talented Systems Designer to join their Design Foundations team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain and improve Hawkins, Netflix’s design system.
What you’ll do:
-Maintain and improve cross-platform design libraries in Figma
-Collaborate with engineers to build components based on design specifications
-Partner with feature teams to solve design challenges and promote system adoption
-Create detailed design documentation
-Integrate accessibility into the design process from the start
You’re the ideal candidate if you have:
-5+ years of experience contributing to a design system in Figma
-Experience designing consumer products for various platforms (Android, iOS, web, TV)
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-A passion for design and a strong attention to detail
-Understanding of technical constraints and ability to partner with engineers
Bonus points if you have:
-Experience with motion design systems
-An engineering background
-Experience leading accessibility efforts

Here are some additional details:
-This role offers a base salary between $120,000 and $515,000, with the option to choose how much of your compensation you want in stock options.
