Senior CX/UX Designer

Wolters Kluwer, a company focused on information services, is searching for a talented Senior CX/UX Designer to join their growing team. In this remote position, you’ll collaborate with designers, researchers, and developers to design user experiences for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

What you’ll do:

-Collaborate on research, planning, and design of user experiences
-Conduct user research to understand user needs
-Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
-Partner with developers to ensure designs are feasible
-Promote design thinking across the organization

You’re the ideal candidate if you have:

-4+ years of experience in UX design (visual design, interaction design, information architecture)
-Strong understanding of usability standards and UX best practices
-Experience creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
-Proficiency in Figma, Miro, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular
-Strong visual design sense
-Experience in Agile development environments
-Excellent communication and presentation skills

Bonus points if you have:

-5+ years of UX design experience for enterprise applications
-UX certification
-Experience designing with AI/ML
-Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
