The Opportunity
Pinterest is looking for a Senior Design Leader to join their Ad Formats Design team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing new and innovative ad formats that are both user-friendly and revenue-generating.
Responsibilities
-Lead the design process for new ad formats
-Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
-Mentor junior designers
-Ensure that ad formats are high-quality and meet design standards
Qualifications
-Proven track record of designing digital ad products
-Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, product thinking, and business acumen
-Experience designing for mobile and web platforms
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Strong understanding of design principles
-Experience working with design systems (a plus)
