The Opportunity

We’re looking for a rockstar Senior Marketing Designer to collaborate with our marketing team and bring our brand to life. You’ll be responsible for creating a wide range of digital marketing assets, from social media graphics to landing pages and brochures. If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

-Partner with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and develop creative concepts
-Design high-quality marketing materials across various digital platforms (social media, email, landing pages, etc.)
-Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity
-Meet deadlines consistently and deliver exceptional work even under tight timelines
-Incorporate feedback effectively and refine designs to achieve project objectives
-Manage your workload independently and prioritize tasks strategically
-Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive marketing approach

Qualifications

-Strong written and verbal communication skills (B2 or C1 English proficiency required)
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
-3+ years of experience in graphic design with a standout portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills
-Prior agency experience in marketing design is a plus
-Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (portfolio required)
-Familiarity with Unbounce and HubSpot a plus
-Collaborative spirit and a knack for working effectively in a team environment
-Ability to manage workload independently and prioritize tasks strategically

Bonus Points

-Animation skills for crafting engaging social media ads (not mandatory but highly valued)
