Senior Full Stack Developer

Company Overview

Spatial Front is a leading IT solutions provider serving federal, state, and local governments as well as the private sector. We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer for a long-term contract with USAID. This is a remote, full-time position.

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work on both front-end and back-end development tasks, including creating static websites, developing middle-tier APIs, and managing databases.

Key Responsibilities

-Front-End Development: Create, test, and deploy static websites focused on user experience and performance.
-API Development: Design and implement robust middle-tier APIs to enhance web functionalities.
-Database Management: Participate in database design, queries, and management to ensure data integrity and performance.
-Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
-Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are performant, responsive, and of high quality.
-Problem Solving: Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
-Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation.

Qualifications

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
-Experience: 5+ years in full-stack development.
-Front-End Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
-Back-End Skills: Proficiency in .NET Core (version 6 or higher) and middle-tier API development.
-Database Skills: Experience with SQL Server and database development.
-Software Development: Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Additional Requirements

-Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
-Background Check: Subject to a complete background check, including Criminal History, Education Verification, Professional Certification Verification, Previous Employment Verification, and Credit History.
-Public Trust Clearance: Background investigations can take approximately four to eight weeks and require fingerprinting.

Compensation and Benefits

-Salary Range: $60,000 – $120,000 annually.
