Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front End Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative features and continuously refine our patient-facing products. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment, tackling complex problems, embracing modern technologies, and helping us deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovative Solution Crafting:
-Utilize your technical acumen to devise and propose forward-thinking solutions aimed at overcoming identified challenges.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure relevance, scalability, and impact of solutions.
Joint Development and Deployment:
-Engage with peers in the end-to-end development and deployment of solutions.
-Prioritize shared responsibility and ownership, facilitating an environment of learning, experimentation, and adaptability.
Feedback-Driven Iteration:
-Foster an ongoing dialogue of constructive feedback.
-Use insights gathered from all team members to refine and optimize deployed solutions continuously.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in successfully delivered software projects.
-A solid grasp of modern UX implementation in JavaScript/TypeScript.
-Proficiency with React and Material-UI.
-Experience with Astro, gRPC, Tamagui, and similar technologies is a plus.
-Proficiency in SQL, with knowledge of MariaDB and/or Postgres being advantageous.
-Candidates with AI accelerated development and experience with lower-level languages such as C, Java, Julia, Rust, etc., are preferred.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience with responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
-Familiarity with accessibility (a11y or l10n/i18n).
-Experience in team-oriented projects and a commitment to evolving technical skills.
