The Opportunity
Two Chairs is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their Client Experience team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing the user experience for Two Chairs’ clients, making it easier for them to find and receive the mental healthcare they need.
Responsibilities
-Partner with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to design and implement new features
-Conduct user research to understand the needs of Two Chairs’ clients
-Design user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
-Collaborate with the design team to create and maintain a consistent design system
-Advocate for the needs of users throughout the design process
Qualifications
-5+ years of experience designing digital products
-Proven track record of shipping high-quality, user-centered products
-Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Passion for mental health and improving access to care
Bonus Points
-Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and telemedicine platforms
-Experience with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (HIPAA or GDPR)
