The Opportunity
Xometry is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of Xometry Workcenter, their industry-leading job board and manufacturing execution system. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the future of this critical platform.
Responsibilities
-Lead and manage product development for Xometry Workcenter
-Define and communicate product strategy
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features
-Conduct user research to understand customer needs
-Measure the success of product releases
-Serve as a liaison between the product team and other stakeholders
Qualifications
-5+ years of product management experience
-Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
-Strong leadership skills
-Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Experience working in an agile environment
-U.S. citizenship or Green Card required
