In this remote-first role, you’ll be a Senior Software Engineer, playing a key role in building and scaling Doowii’s data platform.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Lead complex engineering projects from start to finish
- Help design and build a robust, scalable data pipeline
- Integrate data from multiple sources securely and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and fix product issues
- Champion best practices and mentor junior engineers
Are you a perfect fit?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a similar field)
- You have 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- You’re an expert in backend development (Python, Java, SQL)
- You have 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms
- You can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You’re a natural leader with a passion for education (a plus!)
Bonus points if you have:
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science
- Experience with data analytics software development
- Experience with LLMs, Vector DBs, and/or transformer models
- A proven track record of leading engineering teams
