The Challenge:
Join our passionate product management team and play a pivotal role in bringing next-generation AI products to market! You’ll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Partner-driven development: Identify partner needs and translate them into actionable product requirements. Leverage existing solutions first, then collaborate with development teams to bridge any gaps with innovative new features.
- Product excellence: Drive product testing and ensure it meets all specifications. Develop comprehensive handover materials for sales, support, and integration teams.
- Strategic decision-making: Facilitate productive cross-functional discussions to reach optimal solutions and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
- Agile development: Collaborate closely with developers and data managers to deliver products efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Product roadmaps & strategy: Craft a clear product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, anticipating and mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Data-driven optimization: Continuously improve on-market solutions by analyzing user feedback and market trends.
- Validation expertise: Review validation study protocols and ensure alignment with product claims. Conduct on-site visits (when necessary) to monitor study execution.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in STEM (MBA preferred) or significant software experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience (management experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of basic statistics and machine learning concepts.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
- Excellent data analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A demonstrated ability to lead and take initiative.
- The ability to travel occasionally for conferences, customer visits, and partner meetings.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
