We’re seeking a talented Staff Product Manager to lead the development of exceptional experiences for our B2B2C marketplace. You’ll translate product strategy into reality, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive results that empower learners and businesses alike.

What You’ll Do:

• Shape the future of work: Develop a compelling product vision and roadmap for learner, partner, and internal experiences.
• Insights into action: Translate business needs into user-centric solutions, leveraging data and analytics to measure success.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and other teams to bring your ideas to life.
• Communication is key: Clearly articulate your vision and plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Building partnerships: Foster productive relationships with external partners to understand industry needs and market trends.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching B2C products.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in defining success metrics for customer-facing products.
• A visionary leader with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Competitive Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary range of $180,000 – $221,250, plus company stock options.
