The Opportunity
Join our Item Management team as a Backend Developer and play a key role in helping users get the most out of 1Password. You’ll work on features that make it easier for people to securely store, organize, and share their information.
What You’ll Do:
- Build new features and fix bugs to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable code using Rust.
- Help define and execute development plans.
- Participate in code reviews and pair programming.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 3-4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Rust programming.
- Experience in product engineering and cross-functional teams.
- A passion for solving problems and a “get it done” mentality.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with Go programming.
- Experience scaling applications.
- Familiarity with other programming languages.
